Shipping

• Items are made to order unless purchasing ready to ship. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for creation & for product to be shipped.
• Ready to ship items are sent within 1 to 2 business days of order placed.
• All shipments will come with tracking information.
• If product is damaged, please submit a form via CONTACT US with your order # and an attached picture with proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery. 
• Diablanailz Llc is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or delay shipment. Once the item has been shipped it is beyond our control.
• P.O. Boxes are not available
• If you have made a purchase that qualifies during a promotional free shipment. Please note custom or import cost will not be included.
