How long do orders take?
- Items take 7 - 14 business days to be crafted & shipped. In case there are any delays, you will be contacted via email.
**If you placed and order from our
Ready to Ship set, these products are mailed within
1 to 2 business days of order being placed.
How long do the nails last?
- Each set of nails can last 2 - 4 weeks if properly prepped and depending on activities.
**KIDS sets - can last up to 1 week if properly prepped and careful with activities. They are 100% reusable!
Do you do custom sets?
- Yes, we do provide custom sets. You can mix & match any sets, length or color. If you have a specific idea that you would like done, please submit the Custom Design form on our home page to chat for ideas and design.
**We do not recreate work from other press on designs. For recreations, we may ask to put a twist on the design to make it our own.
***Please note Diablanailz Llc has the right to decline any request that may not fit our design style.
How do I know what size to order my press-on nails?
- Refer to the Sizing Guide on how to measure. If the options for sizes do not fit, you can customize your order based on your measured size.
**Diablanailz Llc is not responsible for wrong measuring. We do offer sizing kits for a more accurate fit.
How do I apply press-on nails?
Can I wear my press-ons more than once?
- Yes, our nails are 100% reusable. You are given the option of nail tabs or nail glue with the kit.
** If using the nail glue, gently buff away any built-up glue on the back of the nails and reuse.
Can I exchange my nails if I get the wrong size?
- NO, ALL nail orders are customized to your fitting and cannot be RETURNED, EXCHANGED or REFUNDED. We do have sizing kits available for a more accurate fit.
- Ready to Ship nails are all FINAL and can't be refunded, returned or exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
- NO, ALL sales are FINAL and cannot be CANCELLED, REFUNDED or RETURNED.
Where do you ship to?
- Diablanailz Llc ships currently to the United States, hoping for future expansion worldwide. If you do not see your country as an option, please CONTACT US for further options/information.
Can I request a glossy or matte finish?
- Yes, if you would like a matte or glossy finish on a set that is originally not that style, please specify on the note section prior to checking out. Once payment has been submitted ALL sale are FINAL.
How many nails come with my set?
- All press on orders are customized for a set of 10.
- Hands & Feet Collections - Hands – 10 (customized sizing) Feet- 20
** If purchasing a KIDS or TOES (ONLY) set, it comes with 20 nails.
What comes with my packaging?
- Your packaging includes a set of customized nails, mini nail file, mini nail buffer, cuticle pusher, nail glue, nail adhesive tabs, alcohol wipe, scented cuticle oil, scented mini hand scrub, mini lotion and instructions for application, aftercare & removal.
